About two weeks ago, somehow the locking back of her earring was lost, but the earring itself was found in the classroom. So I went to buy new earrings with locking backs. Since these are the ones they usually pierce babies' ears with, they're not inexpensive. So, why not get her birthstone, a sapphire. Her birthday is only 3 months away. And I've got the birthday gift out the way.
